What breeds does Pebworth Puppies specialize in?

We specialize in small breeds, namely Yorkshire Terriers, Parti Yorkies, Mini Poodles, Toy Poodles, and Shih-Tzu.

What geographic areas can you sell puppies to?

We have customers from all over Oklahoma, but also customers from Arkansas, Texas, and Louisiana. Most of our customers are from Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Dallas. But, we can sell puppies to any family from any state.

Do you offer puppy delivery, or pickup only?

Our policy is pickup only. If you are disabled, and need assistance, we can make arrangements to deliver a puppy to you, but only within reasonable driving distance from our facility. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

At what age are your puppies ready to go home?

At eight weeks. However, we do take deposits on younger puppies, but those puppies must remain in our care until they reach eight weeks.

What registrations or certifications come with your puppies?

Our Yorkies are ACA (American Canine Association) registered, our Shih-Tzus are CKC (Continental Kennel Club) registered, and our Poodles are ICA (International Canine Association) registered, as each of our sires and dams.

What kind of diet are Pebworth Puppies fed?

To start, all newborn pups are nursed by the their mommas. Each momma is kept on a diet of Diamond® brand dog food. However while nursing, we allow her to have fresh goat’s milk from our own goat herd. Once puppies have been weaned off their momma, they are fed a strict diet of Diamond® brand puppy food.

Are Pebworth Puppies immunized and dewormed?

Yes, absolutely. Before each puppy is allowed to leave home, it has completed two rounds of shots and four rounds of dewormers.

Are Pebworth Puppies checked for health and genetic conditions?

Yes they are. Each puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian to identify any abnormalities, if any. Each puppy comes with a health information card that you can take to your veterinarian to help start your puppy’s veterinary history.

Are puppy parents also checked for health and genetic conditions?

Yes they are. Each of our parent dogs are given regular check-ups by a licensed veterinarian and tested for any health and genetic abnormalities. All of our parent dogs are ACA, CKC, or ICA registered to ensure you are getting a puppy that meets strict breed criteria.

Can I meet the puppy’s parents or see its lineage?

Yes you can. When you visit our facility, you can meet both the mother and father. In addition, each available puppy has its own detail page on this website, and its mother and father are linked.

Are Pebworth Puppies trained or socialized before they go home?

Yes they are! Each puppy is trained on using a doggy-door and socialized with other dogs, cats, and farm animals. Moreover, we allow each momma to take her litter outside and teach them everything they need to know about being a dog.

How long has Pebworth Puppies been in operation?

We’ve been in operation since 2005. We first started out as “Libby’s Critters”, but changed our name to “Pebworth Puppies” in 2025.

Is a deposit required to purchase a puppy?

Not necessarily. If you visit our facility, you can purchase a puppy on the spot. However, if you see a puppy on our website that you want to reserve, you must call us and arrange to pay a deposit.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash or use the Cash App . We do not accept checks, credit cards, or debit cards.

Do you keep a waiting list for future puppies?

Yes we do! If you are interested in a Yorkshire Terrier, Parti Yorkie, Mini Poodle, Toy Poodle, or Shih Tzu, you can contact us about getting on our waiting list. We’ll notify you by phone or email when we’re expecting.

Do you sell puppies to other retailers or wholesalers?

No, absolutely not! We sell strictly to pet owners. We are not a puppy mill. Our focus is on breeding excellent small-breed companion dogs that meet ACA, CKC, or ICA registration criteria. Our philosophy focuses on letting dogs and puppies roam outside, feel the grass under its paws, and learn to how to rely on its senses, just like how dogs did “in the old days”.

What health practices does Pebworth Puppies employ?

Our facility is inspected each year by the State of Oklahoma, and we are registered by the American Canine Association (ACA), Continental Kennel Club (CKC), and International Canine Association (ICA) and meet all of their strict regulations. Our adult dogs are kenneled in a clean, shaded environment and are allowed to explore freely outside every day. Mommas and their litter are kenneled in a climate-conditioned building, each having a doggy-door to the outside. All kennels are cleaned daily.

Can anyone visit Pebworth Puppies just to browse the facility?

Yes, absolutely. We’d love to show you our dogs and puppies and give you a tour. But please contact us in advance so that we know to expect you.

Does Pebworth Puppies offer support if I need help with my puppy?

Yes we do. If you purchase one of our puppies, you are welcome to contact us about feeding, caring, veterinary health, or lineage.
